Terms of Use
This app is run by Premier Dance for its own families. Signing in means you agree to what's on this page. Last updated August 7, 2026.
Who it's for
Accounts belong to parents and guardians who are 18 or older. Dancers never sign in. Your sign-in speaks for your family, so keep your email address in your own control.
What this app does
It shows your family the season and carries your requests to Premier. Premier Dance runs it with an independent technology partner and may add, change, or retire features as the season needs.
Requests, not registrations
Sending a request asks Premier to register your dancer. It does not hold a spot, and it is not a confirmed registration. Premier reviews every request and handles the registration with the event organizer. Nothing is final until this app shows your request as Registered.
Check dates that matter
Event dates, venues, deadlines, and details come from competition organizers, and organizers change them. This app is a convenience, not the official source. Before your family books travel or plans around an event, confirm the details with Premier. Premier isn't responsible for plans made on a date that later moved.
The technology fee
Premier bills each active family a $20 monthly technology fee through your regular studio account. It covers this app and the technology work behind it. No payments happen inside the app, and billing questions go to the studio.
Event Helper
The Event Helper is an optional AI feature, and AI features make mistakes. Treat its suggestions as a starting point, confirm anything important with Premier, and don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial questions. It never sends a request for you.
Photos
Uploading a photo tells Premier you have the right to share it. Premier uses it only to register your dancer for that event. How photos are stored and deleted is covered on the privacy page.
The honest limits
The app is provided as it is, without guarantees. It can be unavailable, and it can contain mistakes. If something in the app costs your family money, Premier's responsibility is limited to the technology fees your family paid in the twelve months before it happened.
Competition organizers are separate businesses. Their fees, deadlines, rules, and decisions are their own, and Premier can't answer for them.
Your account
Premier can pause or close an account that misuses the app, and accounts close when a family leaves the studio. Your family's information is handled the way the privacy page describes either way.
The fine print
These terms are governed by Kansas law. If they change in a way that matters, Premier will say so in an announcement, and using the app after that means you agree to the change.
