Your name, email and phone number, so Premier can reach you about a request.

Your dancer's name, team and level, plus the events you request and the entry details that go with them: routine style, title, choreographer, scholarship and discount answers.

If you request Photogenic for an event, the photo you upload for it.

Premier registers dancers with competition organizers on your behalf. Everything above is what an organizer's entry form asks for. Premier uses it to manage your family's requests and entries.

Premier staff. The parent app resolves your guardian membership first and requests only your family's private records.

Competition organizers receive what their entry needs when Premier registers your dancer.

Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.

Premier uses PostHog to count visits and understand which app pages are useful. It receives an anonymous visitor code and basic technical details such as the page path, browser and device type. Query strings are removed before anything is sent.

This analytics runs without cookies or browser storage. It does not receive family, dancer, account, form, message or photo details. Click tracking, session recordings, error capture and person profiles are turned off.

The Event Helper is an optional AI feature. When you use it, your messages and the relevant family and event details needed to answer are sent to Anthropic to generate the reply. Don't include payment, medical, or other sensitive information in your messages.

Photogenic photos are never sent to the Event Helper or Anthropic.

If you connect Google Calendar, Premier creates a separate calendar and sends your classes, rehearsals, lessons, and registered events, including activity names, dates, times, instructors, and locations to Google.Dancer profiles and booking notes are not included; activity titles are copied as published by Premier. Premier does not read your other calendars.

Premier stores your Google account identifier and email, an encrypted credential for background syncing, and identifiers for the calendar and events it manages. This data is used only to provide calendar sync, not for advertising. Use Family calendar → Disconnect to remove the saved credential and stop updates. Existing Google events stay in your calendar; you can delete that calendar or revoke Premier’s access in your Google Account settings. Calendar identifiers are retained so reconnecting the same account can reuse its calendar. Contact Premier to request deletion of the remaining connection metadata.

Photogenic photos upload directly to Premier's private storage, without an AI service. They are deleted automatically 90 days after the event ends. Premier can remove one sooner if you ask.

If Premier enables event photo sharing for your account, those photos are visible only to authorized Premier owners and administrators—not to other families. Premier records who shared them, removes image metadata, and stores a smaller private copy instead of the original file.

Accounts belong to parents and guardians, not to dancers. A dancer's information is entered by their own guardian, and Premier only keeps what a competition entry requires.

Ask Premier to correct, export, or delete your family's information at any time and they'll take care of it. Studio records that Premier has to keep for its own bookkeeping live outside this app.
